Offline helps you discover real-world activities, log screen-free time, build streaks, keep a private journey, and connect with friends. By using the app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). The app creates an anonymous account on first launch; you're responsible for activity on your device. Signing in with Apple or Google links that identity to the same account.
Journey stories and photos are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display them back to you (and, if you explicitly share something, to the people you share it with). Don't upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.
Don't misuse the app: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering (except where law permits), spamming other users with nudges or invites, or interfering with the service.
Offline suggests real-world activities (crafts, outdoor pursuits, exercise, and more). You participate at your own risk. Choose activities appropriate to your health, ability, environment, and local conditions. The app provides lifestyle suggestions, not medical, safety, or professional advice.
Streaks and challenges rely on honest logging. We may correct obviously fraudulent data where it affects other users (e.g., friend features), but we'll never shame you — that's the whole point.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (and nothing affects the mandatory consumer rights of users in the EU/UK and elsewhere).
You can stop using the app or delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive (content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or release notes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts located there — except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights and venue.
