These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NoBuy mobile application ("NoBuy," the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
NoBuy is a motivational tool that helps you run "no-buy" and "low-buy" challenges, track streaks, log spending in digital envelopes, and estimate money not spent. NoBuy is not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting service, and it does not connect to your financial accounts. Any "money saved" figures are estimates based on information you enter and are provided for motivation only — not financial advice.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; use it for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent purchase or licensing mechanisms.
NoBuy Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Freeze Packs are one-time (consumable) in-app purchases.
The free tier (one active challenge, three envelopes, streaks, freezes, plant hero, and share cards) is available without payment. Premium features are an optional upgrade.
The App, its design, illustrations, and content are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or figure it produces is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or savings, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to the app stores' own dispute processes.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is always at this page, dated above.
